ANTELOPE HUNT

In 2016 the Department of Wildlife added Antelope hunting to unit 48! Over the past several years we have seen the number of antelope in the unit drastically increase. And they are staying longer. 

Residents have been drawing all the tags because they have more points than nonresidents. There are no antelope tags in unit 45 not archery tags in unit 48. Unit 48 has taken 2 points for Muzzle loader and 5  points for rifle. Unit 49 has taken 2 points for archery, 6 for muzzle loader and 12 for rifle.
